Private calls should stay private.
How Call Home handles the limited information needed to deliver one-way pitch calls.
Last updated July 22, 2026
Information used by Call Home
Call Home processes the limited information needed to provide its core features. When a coach sends a call, the pitch, location, sport, and time of the call are encrypted before being stored through Apple CloudKit. The Watch Code itself is not stored with the call; Call Home uses a one-way value derived from that code to connect the intended coach and player devices. Delivery information is used to confirm receipt.
How the information is used
This information is used only for app functionality: connecting the intended devices, delivering calls, and confirming receipt. Apple may associate CloudKit records with an app-specific account identifier. Call Home does not use this information for advertising, marketing, profiling, or tracking, and does not provide a player-to-coach reply channel.
Information stored on your device
Pitcher names, customized pitch choices, recent call history, sport selection, and other preferences are stored locally on the user's device. They are not uploaded by Call Home as part of pitch delivery.
Apple services
Call Home uses Apple platform services, including iCloud and CloudKit, to support app functionality. Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Call Home does not receive a user's payment-card details. Apple's handling of information is governed by Apple's own privacy terms and account settings.
Advertising and sale of information
Call Home does not sell personal information, does not track users across other companies' apps or websites, and does not use third-party advertising inside the app.
Website analytics
The Call Home websites use Google Analytics to understand overall website traffic and improve the information we provide. Google Analytics may process information such as pages viewed, links clicked, referral source, approximate location, and browser or device type. Call Home does not intentionally send names, email addresses, Watch Codes, pitch calls, or other app content to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our website configuration. Google's handling of analytics information is governed by Google's privacy terms and account settings.
Youth players
Coaches, teams, parents, and guardians are responsible for deciding whether and how a youth player uses Call Home. Watch Codes should be shared only with the intended team members and changed if they are disclosed outside the team.
Your choices
You can stop sending or receiving calls at any time, change the Watch Code, edit or remove locally stored pitcher profiles and history, or delete the app. For questions or requests concerning information handled by Call Home, contact us at admin@callhomebaseball.com.
Updates
We may update this policy as Call Home changes. The date above identifies the latest version.
